Kaitlyn McKay Design

 Kaitlyn McKay is a proven design leader with 10 years cross-category experience designing for global brands.

Currently working full-time as Design Director for Bed Bath & Beyond, managing creative direction for all product categories including print and concept. Past clients include Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, Sephora, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ulta, Bergdorf Goodman and TJ Maxx.

Kaitlyn holds a BID from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. She won the Brooklyn Designs New Talent Award in 2014 and has also been featured in ICFF and BKLN Designs. Her strengths include design direction, brand strategy and team coaching.

She lives in New Jersey with her partner David and Rooney, their Portuguese Water Dog.
